A great big thanks to Olly and Emma, the owners of the Vintage Mobile Cinema that provide became our Vehicle Of Horrors in the evenings and screened New Forest archive films at New Forest schools and at Lymington Library during the day. We love you guys.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR VEHICLE OF HORRORS TICKET HOLDERS
If you are boarding the Vehicle of Horrors on Friday 16th or Saturday 17th of September you must arrive no earlier than 10:00pm and no later than 10:30pm at Sandy Balls, Godshill, Fordingbridge, SP6 2JZ. You need to wear sturdy shoes, wear a waterproof jacket and bring a battery-operated torch. If you have not already done so, you must confirm receipt of these instructions by email to info@newforestfilm.com
BBC REEL HISTORY OF BRITAIN & NEW FOREST FILM FESTIVAL PRESENT…
Charming films showcasing the New Forest in the past. Come along to Lymington Library from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 17th September, get on the bus (it’s free!), and see films of growing up in the New Forest, lost landscapes and old ways, and lots of forest animals, from the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
Tickets for 42ND STREET have almost sold out at the Regent, Christchurch at 7:30pm on Sunday 11th September.
Some 80p tickets still available for GRAND HOTEL at 2:30pm.
NICOLA HENSHAW IS BUSY CARVING OUR FILM COMPETITION AWARDS!
We’re delighted that New Forest artist Nicola Henshaw has agreed to make our “GOLDEN ADDER” and “MICRO ADDER” awards for our short and micro film competitions.
